TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE PURCHASING

 

By completing and purchasing an order you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions through CMS Services.  Please make sure to read these Terms & Conditions before placing an order.

In these Terms & Conditions

“We” or “us” means CMS Services and “you” means the customer placing the order.

Once an order is complete and submitted you are responsible for the purchase of the product(s) from us and results in a binding contract and the contract is agreed at this time.

By using the website you are also confirming that you are at least 18 years or older.

Ordering

By completing and submitting an order you are financially responsible for the amount due. An authorized payment is required to accept the order by us and to be delivered.  

After you have completely submitted an order you will receive an email confirmation notifying you that your order has been received and is processing. This email confirmation will also include a detailed list of the products ordered.

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Cancelling an order before it has been sent

If you need to cancel an order before it has been sent please contact our office during office hours found on the Contact Us page. The information required is as follows: name, order confirmation number and the order or products to cancel within the order placed.

 

Pricing and Payment

Prices listed on the website are quoted in U.S dollars and payment can only be made using U.S. currency. Packing and delivering costs (if any) will be included in your final invoice of the products purchased.

Please note that without having a user login and access to your account, the prices listed on the website prior to logging in are a suggested retail price. For custom pricing on products or special orders please contact our office found on Contact Us page.

We will make the effort to ensure that each order will be delivered will all products ordered. Please note we cannot guarantee all items will be in stock at the time of the order. If the item is unavailable at the time the order is received, we will notify you of the delay, if any.

Return Policy

After receiving an order, if you are not satisfied with the product contact us  for the return of the payment price.

An item must be returned within 30 days of receiving. The item to be returned must not be damaged, used, or altered in any way. The item must have their unused original contents and packaging. If a product has been used we will not accept the return for a refund.

Your refund will be issued on the same credit card used to make the purchase. Packing and delivery costs are not refundable. Please allow up to two weeks for the refund credit to show in your account.
