Since 2002, CMS Services began as a small business operation providing residential cleaning services.

With an unrelenting focus on service excellence, we expanded our services to include commercial cleaning for all types of facilities. In 2010, a new division was created to sell wholesale supplies. While our services have greatly evolved over the years, the focus on customer satisfaction has remained our top priority.

Lisa Pressley

Lisa was born and raised in Mansfield, Texas, and graduated from Southside Christian Academy. She is actively involved with her church and her community. Lisa and her husband are raising four children in a beautiful, blended family. She loves riding her Harley-Davidson, attending auto shows, and cheering for her husband’s softball team. Lisa started a cleaning business in 2002, focusing on residential customers. Within the next three years, she and her husband doubled the residential cleaning business and therefore made the decision to expand the business even further.                          

Skeeter Pressley

Skeeter is a native of Mansfield, Texas. He graduated from Mansfield High School and continues to reside in his hometown. He is involved in his church and youth sports, particularly soccer. He loves spending time with his beautiful wife and family, collecting classic cars, and volunteering in his community. His close relationships with local business owners and first responders are a driving force behind his work ethic. Skeeter and his wife have grown their business substantially since its inception and their enterprise, which now sells wholesale supplies, is now located in a large warehouse in Arlington, Texas.
